The Shea Therapeutic Riding Center Annual BBQ and Family Faire
This HoeDown is a one of a kind, more than 1,500 people from all over Southern California come to San Juan Capistrano to attend this event supporting The J.F. Shea Therapeutic Riding Center.
Guests who attend this family fun annual event get to enjoy carnival games, great food, a petting zoo, and riding demonstrations. With the use of pre-event sponsors, a silent auction of more than 350-items, a fun live auction and a time of donation they have been able to raise over 1 million dollars at this event.
Auction Event Solutions is proud to work with The Shea Center to help pull this fantastic event off every year. With this event being open to the public we not only handle the check in of preregistered guest but the sales of walk up tickets also. During the event we also process the silent auction sales, recording and entering the live auction items and guest donations. We finish the evening with helping guests at checkout, so you can say AES is in this event from start to finish.
